Whats new: 2013 Range Rover Sport
The Range Rover Sport gets some fresh shades of paint, new interior color and trim combinations and some new wheels for 2013 to keep it fresh in the sea of luxury SUV’s. The Range Rover Sport was significantly freshened just last year, but the enhancements add more choice for buyers.
A new five-spoke alloy wheel design and five new body colors provide customers with even greater levels of choice when it comes to enhancing the look of their Range Rover Sport.
And as a sporty touch, the Supercharged model gets bright red Brembo brake calipers standard. Customers who think the red brakes are a bit twee can option black ones at no additional cost.
Two new interior trim combinations are offered including a dark upper cabin environment with lighter colored seats or the opposite. New veneers are also offered for 2013.
The Range Rover Sport comes equipped with a kicking 380-watt “High-Ice” Harmon Kardon system standard. If that isn’t enough ice, you can get the Harmon Kardon Logic system which hits you with 825-watts of sound through 17 speakers.
Under the hood for 2013 remains the 375 horsepower naturally aspirated V8 or the 510 horsepower supercharged 5.0 liter engine. Both engines some still with a ZF 6-speed automatic transmission. Gears are selected by the rotary gear shifter and steering wheel paddle shift.
